We are looking at the 2nd July or 6th August for running a class. We will cook:

-Chicken satay

-Short rib tacos

-Fire roasted Aubergine dip

-Sourdough wood fired pizza

-Whole Lamb Asado cooked over a fire in flat breads with Abinger watercress

-Char-grilled homegrown courgette and Tunworth cheese salad

It will all be cooked over fire and we will demonstrate all the tips and tricks. It will run from 11-5 with Brunch and Late lunch included. Plus you get to take home some of the cooked lamb. The class will be run at Surrey Hills yurts near Westcott and will be £170 for the day.
