-Fire roasted Aubergine dip

-Sourdough wood fired pizza

-Whole Lamb Asado cooked over a fire in flat breads with Abinger watercress

-Char-grilled homegrown courgette and Tunworth cheese salad

It will all be cooked over fire and we will demonstrate all the tips and tricks. It will run from 11-5 with Brunch and Late lunch included. Plus you get to take home some of the cooked lamb. The class will be £170 for the day.
