Here is our current menu. All of our pizzas are 10 inches. All are made with our homemade sourdough base, tomato sauce and British ingredients, using local suppliers. Our menu changes with the seasons, so look out for seasonal specials.

Named after my Mum who knows how to appreciate the simple things in life. We take our Sourdough Base, Tomato Sauce, local Mozzarella, basil and cook it in our wood fired oven.
A simple pizza of Mozzarella and tomato base without basil for little people!

PULLED PORK ROLLS
We slow cook a shoulder of Gloucester Old Spot Pork from Hill House Farm which is smoked with Blackcurrant Wood from our garden. It's then hand shredded and served in a handmade bun with a fresh salad made with vegetables from the garden.
OUR SUPERFOOD SALADS
We use the best of what's on offer in the Surrey Hills at the time to make these healthy but hearty salads. Lettuce, Tomato and Cucumber is not for us. An example is Cinnamon-roasted Acorn Squash, Green Lentils, homegrown Parsley and Walnuts with a Sesame Dressing.
Our Belted Galloway Brisket is slow-cooked in our oven using local ash wood. It's served with a homemade spicy Sauerkraut in a Sourdough Roll.

CHERRY AND ALMOND TART
We make an Almond Sponge and dot it with Cherries from our tree. We make this in a rich Pastry and glaze it with Cherry Jam.
What a dessert. Local Apples cooked in Caramel with a buttery puff pastry base all cooked in our oven. Pre-order for a show stopping dessert.
This is an Event dessert to be envied, no dried out cake here. This is a massive tower of homemade Choux Buns filled with Vanilla Crème Patissière.
