We believe in cooking with what's in season. All our vegetables used in our food are in their seasonal prime and most are even homegrown. We also only use British and free range cheese and meat. Will, the owner, is also a classically trained chef. Here is a sample of what we can do but please contact us to get a tailor-made menu for your event. Prices start at £800 for private hire and we can cater for weddings, parties or corporate events.
What we can offer:
Sourdough pizza- Cooked to order at your home. This is a popular option for evening food at weddings.
Canapés: Such as Chicken wings/ Wild mushroom aranchini/ devils on horseback/ Whipped Camembert with gherkins on toast. All cooked over charcoal. Contact us to get your seasonal canapés menu written.
Lamb Asador: Local lamb cooked over a fire for up to 400 people. An amazing centrepiece for your guests!
Pulled Pork rolls: Local free range pork slow cooked for 15 hours over plum wood, served in Chalk hill bakery rolls and Abinger watercress.
