We believe in cooking with what is in season. All our vegetables used in our food are in their seasonal prime in England right now and most our even homegrown. We also only use British and free range Cheese and meat. Will the owner is also a classically trained chef. Lamb Asador: Local lamb cooked over a fire for up to 130 people. An amazing centrepiece for your guests!
Pulled Pork rolls: Local free range pork slow cooked for 15 hours over plum wood, served in Chalk hill bakery rolls and Abinger watercress.
